Clean good Chinese buffet not greasy like most . Very friendly and good prices
I have been to many Chinese restaurants all over the place, but Harvey's will always be my favorite. Haven't found sweet and sour pork as good as theirs, anyplace else!
I would have given it a five, but ginger beef was where was the ginger?, special fried rice, well what was so special, a few shrimp..... you judge!
Surprisingly good food. It is in an older building with limited seating, amazing service while we were there
